Dear fellow soul,

You may be wondering, why any technique, any resource, anything at all, is needed for us to realize our only objective – to be here and now. Supposedly nothing could be simpler than that. And yet of course, all of us know – if we ever tried to silence our mind, curb our desires, or to stop a racing heart – how little control we have over our machine, over our body. This struggle of will is perhaps the oldest and only true struggle a man has ever truly participated in. Ever since the symbolic “fall” of mankind, we have yet to taste Eden, we have yet to taste infinite presence.

What makes our will finite and therefore our life finite too? What makes us subordinate to voices seemingly ours and yet so opposed to our deepest will? The answer is something that emerges, slowly, from an infinitely engaging and inexhaustingly deep study of the present moment. A moment in which the illusions stand naked, bare, and melt away as snow under the blasting sun rays. This solar power, that we all have within, we must grow, little by little, like the sun itself being created from clusters of atoms in the galaxy. Bathed in infinite light, covered by infinite love; which we cultivate like galactic gardeners, we embark on a new birth. A birth of us not as three-dimensional humans with such and such a face, such and such a name and body, but infinite, timeless beings, the Divine itself. (Are we birthed or are we simply remembering?) This is the power that the present moment has.

But within the mysteries of life are hidden mysteries of death. One is the other. And it is death that eventually obliterates the illusion. Death and light march together, guiding you to your only true home, the absolute existence, beyond anything this body can fathom. We kill to release the light which will form our internal sun. It cannot stay trapped in never-ending sufferings of this illusory plane.

Therefore, as a fellow soul on this same journey you’re treading, I want to share everything that has helped me to lift my head above the clouds of illusion, and feel on my skin the rays of ineffable light.

We are all walking each other home.

Welcome to “I AM NOT THIS BODY!”
